Our People

We’re a people based company you should meet some of our people …

Richard Andrews

Richard founded Newton Stanley and remains the driving force behind its ethical values driven approach to business. His background is varied ranging from advising on Ministerial policy through to being a top level recruiter for one of Europe’s largest consultancies. Above all else Richard has experience in and understanding of people management and behavioural issues. Key achievements have been the MBA and building a company where people and values come first. On a personal level he is a keen photographer and he regularly attends football matches at Old Trafford.

Graham Watkins

Graham has been with Newton Stanley since 2001 and really enjoys the challenge of helping people along their career path whilst finding long term solutions for his clients. Graham has 25-years’ experience of senior-level management in industry, gained with major ‘blue-chip’ companies. Having worked in sales, marketing and a business development capacity, and within ten years at board level, he has been responsible for managing and motivating teams involved in major brand development. Graham spends his spare time with gardening, golf, travel and fund raising for a local care home for the elderly.

Wendy Andrews

Wendy originally trained as a nurse specialising in children’s A&E in Nottingham QMC and in Guildford as a ward sister. After a break in her career to bring up a family Wendy has become active in Newton Stanley and has acted as both company secretary and more recently taken control of the accounts department.

Her interest in sports led her to being a qualified swimming teacher and she ran the junior pool at a local swimming club for a number of years. She enjoys walking in her spare time and a significant achievement was completing the 25 mile 3500 ft ascent Chatsworth Challenge. She also follows Manchester United with Richard and has travelled all over Europe following their success.

Lindsey Andrews

Lindsey’s earliest responsibility was looking after children who were being coached in swimming or martial arts. In both she was competitive and has won a national competition in martial arts. Her career before Newton Stanley was in customer services in both Financial Services and Digital Technology. She is now a consultant researcher and is studying to be a qualified accountant. In her spare time as well as looking after the “Little and Large’ of dogs she plays both the piano and the violin.

Hayley Greenop

Hayley’s career has always been in customer facing roles. Her responsibilities have ranged from restaurant/leisure management through tele-sales, customer service and as a valuation adviser. For the last 3 years Hayley has worked in research for Newton Stanley where her business studies qualification and friendly attitude have helped her to talk to and partner both clients and candidates. Her empathic and confident approach guarantee positive feedback and she remains eager for further learning. Hayley was a keen Irish dancer back in her youth but now it’s restricted to the odd Friday night out on the town. Not only does her personality ensure a rich social life, she enjoys looking after her two pooches.
